Join Clarke Gayford at Volivoli Beach Resort in Fiji as he continues his quest to catch and eat a local delicacy the long tom. His time at the resort is a whirlwind of spectacular dives, great fishing and exploring the local villages and markets. Clarke even gets dragged along with a local school group as they clean up some of the beaches on the islands. Then, with time running out he manages to catch his fish of the day the long tom – a local delicacy that chef Atunaisa Vitawaqa has promised to cook for him.
