Clarke is on a mission to explore the tourism-dependant coastal town of Kaikoura. It is a town that has been devastated by both the 2016 7.8 magnitude earthquake as well as COVID-19.
And what better way to explore this coastal paradise than with a surfcasting rod and the company of New Zealand’s premier forager Peter Langlands. His fish of the day is a tricky fish to catch owing to their diet and movements – the Blue Moki.
