Ascot Park Hotel
Stewart Island is renown for cold water, epic marine life and one of the roughest passages of water in the world. Host Clarke Gayford heads down to test himself in the elements only to discover the conditions go remarkably still. Chasing a fish called a Trumpeter Clarke also meets up with other local wildlife including Kiwi Birds at night and visits one of the best bird sanctuary islands in the country.
